Hi, I'm Todd.
I run a managed IT services company called OliveTech. I've been doing that the longest. I also build software companies: Breeze RMM, LanternOps, and Pressless. I'm in the code, in the support inbox, and in the calls with customers. Not above the work.
I keep starting things and I keep running them. Not flipping, not exiting. The companies teach me what works. The writing is how I make sense of what they taught me.
There aren't a lot of people writing about small-business software who actually depend on it. Even fewer who also sit across from owners and translate "we feel disorganized" into a system. I do both, which is why this site exists.
