Intelligence is cheap.
Brains are not.
I'm building an AI Practice from inside an MSP. New project every month.
The MSP era is over because I'm in one and I can see it ossifying around the idea that selling somebody else's software with a markup is a business. It is, until it isn't.
The interesting work was always the judgment about what to do for a business that doesn't want to think about its tools. AI changed the shape of that judgment. Intelligence is cheap now. The work that's left is figuring out which intelligence to apply, when, and to what.
That is the category I'm building toward. I don't have a perfect name for it yet, which is why I'm writing.
